Each day offers a new chapter in the story of Anatolia.

After breakfast and check-out, your day begins with a guided walking tour through the heart of Istanbul’s historic district.
Start at Hagia Sophia, once a cathedral, later a mosque, and now a museum. Admire its massive dome and rich mosaics that reflect the city's diverse religious history.
Proceed to Topkapi Palace, the administrative center of the Ottoman Empire for centuries. Here, you can view imperial chambers, religious relics, and royal courtyards.
At the Hippodrome, explore monuments from Roman times, including the Serpent Column and the Obelisk of Theodosius. This was once a social and political hub of Byzantine Constantinople.
Visit the Blue Mosque, recognized by its six slender minarets and intricate interior tiles. The structure remains an active mosque and a significant example of Ottoman-era architecture.
Finally, navigate the lively alleys of the Grand Bazaar, one of the world’s oldest and largest covered markets with thousands of shops offering textiles, ceramics, and jewelry.
After the tour, transfer to the airport for a flight to Kayseri. Upon arrival, a driver will escort you to your hotel in Cappadocia. Overnight in Cappadocia.
Your day begins with a visit to the Goreme Open-Air Museum, a UNESCO-listed site with monasteries and chapels carved into volcanic rock. The preserved frescoes inside these churches provide insight into early Christian communities.
Next, explore Devrent Valley, where rock formations shaped by erosion resemble animals and figures. These naturally formed sculptures give the valley a dreamlike appearance.
At Pasabag (Monk’s Valley), encounter striking fairy chimneys with double or triple stone caps. These formations were once used as shelters by monks seeking solitude.
Continue to Avanos, a town situated along the Kızılırmak River, known for its ancient pottery traditions. Enjoy a local lunch and observe (or participate in) a pottery demonstration.
Stop at Goreme Panorama for sweeping views of the region’s distinct valleys. Conclude the day at Uchisar Castle, the highest point in Cappadocia, offering panoramic views of the entire region.
Return to your hotel for a restful evening. Overnight in Cappadocia.
After breakfast and check-out, meet your guide for a second day of exploration in southern Cappadocia.
Begin at Rose Valley, named after its soft pink-colored rocks that glow at sunrise and sunset. Walk through scenic trails flanked by cave dwellings and ancient frescoes.
Arrive at Cavusin Village, where stone houses cling to the hillside. The village is home to early Christian churches carved into the rock.
Visit Pigeon Valley, named for the dovecotes carved into cliffs by locals. These structures were once used to collect pigeon droppings for fertilizer, an important agricultural practice in the past.
Next, descend into Kaymakli or Ozkonak Underground City, a multi-level shelter once used by early Christians during invasions. Explore rooms for living, worship, and storage, all connected by narrow tunnels.
Stop in Ortahisar, a tranquil town known for its central rock tower, stone houses, and small churches. It offers a quieter view of everyday life in the region.
In the evening, fly to Izmir. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Kusadasi. Overnight in Kusadasi.
After breakfast, embark on a full-day tour to Pamukkale, famous for its white travertine terraces formed by natural thermal springs. The mineral-rich waters cascade over the cliffs, creating a unique and scenic landscape.
Explore the ancient city of Hierapolis, located just above the terraces. This Greco-Roman city was a prominent spa destination in antiquity. Walk through the necropolis, one of the largest in Anatolia, and visit the Roman Theatre, which remains remarkably well-preserved.
Discover the Temple of Apollo, once considered a spiritual gateway, and see the Roman Baths, where visitors once came to relax in warm waters.
If desired, you can swim in the Cleopatra Pool, a thermal spring surrounded by submerged marble columns, offering a one-of-a-kind experience.
Return to your hotel in Kusadasi for the evening. Overnight in Kusadasi.
After breakfast and check-out, begin your tour with a visit to the House of the Virgin Mary, a pilgrimage site believed to be where Mary spent her final years. This serene location is recognized by both Christian and Muslim communities.
Then, explore the ancient city of Ephesus, an exceptionally preserved Roman-era settlement. Stroll along its marble streets and see key landmarks such as the Library of Celsus, Temple of Hadrian, and Great Theater, once capable of seating 25,000 spectators.
